Helpful staff
The staff at Campbell & Griffin Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Room for improvement
Campbell & Griffin Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Campbell & Griffin Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Campbell & Griffin Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Campbell & Griffin Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
