Exceptional claims handling
When I had a water damage claim, Chapman & Douglas Insurance handled everything quickly and professionally. The claim was settled faster than I expected.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Chapman & Douglas Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Chapman & Douglas Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
