Poor communication
My biggest issue with Baker & McMillan Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
Baker & McMillan Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Baker & McMillan Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
