Average experience
My experience with Zenith Insurance Partners was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Zenith Insurance Partners. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Zenith Insurance Partners handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Zenith Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Zenith Insurance Partners is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
