Room for improvement
Zenith Insurance Partners handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Solid broker
Zenith Insurance Partners is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Exceptional claims handling

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Zenith Insurance Partners. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
