Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Young & Ross Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Young & Ross Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Young & Ross Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
