Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Young & Jensen Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Couldn't be happier

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Young & Jensen Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
