Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Young Insurance Services was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Young Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Young Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
