Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Young & Chase Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
Young & Chase Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Young & Chase Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
