Room for improvement
Wright & Partners Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great
Used Wright & Partners Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Wright & Partners Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
