Saved us money on auto insurance

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Wright & Lindsay Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Amazing customer service

Average experience
My experience with Wright & Lindsay Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Wright & Lindsay Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
