Lost my documents
Wright Insurance Agency lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Wright Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Five stars all around
Switched to Wright Insurance Agency on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Good value
I appreciate that Wright Insurance Agency shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Okay but not great
Used Wright Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Does the job
