Excellent service
After a car accident, Wright & Co. Insurance guided me through the entire claims process. I felt supported every step of the way. Cannot recommend them enough.

Okay but not great
Used Wright & Co. Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Good value
I appreciate that Wright & Co. Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Helpful staff
The staff at Wright & Co. Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Wright & Co. Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Family business feel
Wright & Co. Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.
