Helpful but slow
The broker at Wright & Associates Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Wright & Associates Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Wright & Associates Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Wright & Associates Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
