Lost my documents
Wood & Wright Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Solid broker
Wood & Wright Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Wood & Wright Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
