Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Wood & Peterson Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Lost my documents
Wood & Peterson Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Okay but not great
Used Wood & Peterson Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
