Helpful staff
The staff at Wood Insurance Agency were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Wood Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Wood Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
