Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Wood & Associates Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Wood & Associates Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Wood & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
