Good broker
Wood & Associates Insurance took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Room for improvement
Wood & Associates Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Wood & Associates Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Wood & Associates Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Wood & Associates Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
