Solid broker
Wolverine Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Wolverine Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Family business feel
Wolverine Insurance Services has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Wolverine Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
