Good value
I appreciate that WindValley Insurance Group shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Solid broker
WindValley Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Slow and unresponsive
WindValley Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
