Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from WindSpring Brokerage. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WindSpring Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job
WindSpring Brokerage helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Quebec City. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
