Fair pricing
WindRock Insurance Services offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WindRock Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used WindRock Insurance Services for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
