Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, WindRock Insurance Brokers was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about WindRock Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to WindRock Insurance Brokers last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Room for improvement
WindRock Insurance Brokers handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from WindRock Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

The rates WindRock Insurance Brokers found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
