Room for improvement
WindPeak Insurance Services handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with WindPeak Insurance Services. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Okay but not great
Used WindPeak Insurance Services for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WindPeak Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Multi-policy savings
