Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about WindMount Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
WindMount Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
WindMount Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
