Exceptional claims handling

Decent service

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Windmill Insurance Solutions. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Windmill Insurance Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Lost my documents
