Room for improvement
Windmill Insurance Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Windmill Insurance Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Solid broker
Windmill Insurance Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
