Okay but not great
Used Windmill Insurance Advisors for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Room for improvement
Windmill Insurance Advisors handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Windmill Insurance Advisors was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
