Reliable broker
Been with WindMeadow Insurance Advisors for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WindMeadow Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
