Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about WindLake Insurance Advisors. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Decent service

Reliable broker
Been with WindLake Insurance Advisors for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Helpful but slow
The broker at WindLake Insurance Advisors was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
