Poor communication
My biggest issue with WindLake Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better
The rates WindLake Insurance Advisors found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Slow and unresponsive
WindLake Insurance Advisors was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
