Slow and unresponsive
WindGlen Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Okay but not great
Used WindGlen Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WindGlen Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
