Great for bundling

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WindBrook Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from WindBrook Insurance Advisors. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
