Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about WindBridge Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with WindBridge Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Solid broker
WindBridge Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WindBridge Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
