Five stars all around
Switched to Wilson & Spencer Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Room for improvement
Wilson & Spencer Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Pretty good

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Wilson & Spencer Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Reliable broker
