Lost my documents
Wilson Risk Management lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Slow and unresponsive
Wilson Risk Management was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Wilson Risk Management. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
