Okay but not great
Used Williams & Partners Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Room for improvement
Williams & Partners Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Williams & Partners Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
