Okay but not great
Used Williams & Murphy Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Williams & Murphy Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
Williams & Murphy Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
