Lost my documents
Williams & MacKenzie Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Williams & MacKenzie Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Williams & MacKenzie Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
