Okay but not great
Used Williams & Associates Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Williams & Associates Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Williams & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
