Good value
I appreciate that WildValley Insurance Group shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Pretty good

Solid broker
WildValley Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with WildValley Insurance Group. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Could be better
The rates WildValley Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Okay but not great
Used WildValley Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
