From the first call to signing the policy, everything was handled professionally. WildStar Insurance Group really knows the insurance market in Ontario.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from WildStar Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through WildStar Insurance Group. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WildStar Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
