Amazing customer service

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Wildrose Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Lost my documents
Wildrose Insurance Services lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Wildrose Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
