Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Wildrose Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful staff
The staff at Wildrose Insurance Brokers were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Room for improvement
Wildrose Insurance Brokers handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Wildrose Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Okay but not great
Used Wildrose Insurance Brokers for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
