Solid broker
WildRiver Insurance Agency is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with WildRiver Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at WildRiver Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Multi-policy savings

Slow and unresponsive
WildRiver Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
