Fair pricing
WildRiver Brokerage offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Slow and unresponsive
WildRiver Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful staff

Okay but not great
Used WildRiver Brokerage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
