Good value
I appreciate that WildPeak Financial & Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Does the job
WildPeak Financial & Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Vancouver. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Pretty good
WildPeak Financial & Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Slow and unresponsive
WildPeak Financial & Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Five stars all around
Switched to WildPeak Financial & Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from WildPeak Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
