Good broker

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about WildLand Insurance Partners. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from WildLand Insurance Partners. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Slow and unresponsive
WildLand Insurance Partners was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Does the job
WildLand Insurance Partners helped me find auto insurance after I moved to London. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WildLand Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
