Average experience
My experience with WildLake Insurance Solutions was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with WildLake Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at WildLake Insurance Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Couldn't be happier
